SUPPORT WITH EQUIPMENT SELECTION AND PROCUREMENT OF ENTRY AND RESCUE EQUIPMENT

At Station 1 Safety and Rescue, we’re here to help your organization navigate the complexities of Confined Spaces from all angles. We start by identifying and classifying the spaces on your site in order to determine whether they are indeed Confined Spaces or Controlled Spaces that have the potential to become Confined Spaces under specific circumstances. For Federal workplaces, this would equate to Hazardous Confined Space and standard Confined Spaces.

Once we've pinpointed these spaces, our team conducts a thorough on-site assessment in conjunction with key stakeholders to evaluate and document hazards related to the space(s) and the risks involved based on the types of routine and non-routine work performed within. We then develop a formal draft report outlining tailored control plans to either eliminate or isolate those risks, along with crafting safe entry and rescue plans to allow worker(s) to safely enter the space. This process help for the base for our client’s Confined Space Programs.

We don’t stop there. If requested, we will help train your team through our Confined Space Entrant and Attendant Training, using the Confined Space Assessments and Safe Entry Plans, in order to ensure the training is directly applicable to your workplace in building your team’s confidence to know how to safely prepare for and enter into their Confined Spaces at work with practical hands-on training.
